What better way to entice enquiries from potential purchasers than displaying your business online with a video tour. It is not only property and land that use video property tours to aid in marketing. If you have a commercial sale such as a bar, restaurant, hotel or shop, you can easily far surpass what marketing a photo offers you by using a video.

On OneStopView.com we already have a large selection of cafe/bar/restaurants in Spain, shop outlets in the USA etc…. so why not add your business to our Free video tour marketing platform?

As the markets start to head down and real estate as a whole is harder to sell, try using a video tour to entice clientel to your commercial sale. Business for sale is a popular request on online search engines these days as people seek out investments, so have your listing available to view as a video, 24/7, 365 Days a year.

At http://www.OneStopView.com we help the worldwide real estate marketing world by offering Free advertising space on our website for those who use video footage to aid in property sales/rentals.

This service allows potential clients to actually view the property they are interested online, the need for an initial visit is bypassed, only after seeing the property and most questions have been asked will the client book to see the house. Viewing a property video online will help evade unecessary travelling to see houses that aren’t what they appear in the photos.

So, for local property to ones the other side of the world, reduce your carbon footprint by requesting to see a video of the property you are interested in, either to purchase or holiday rental, so as to reduce your need for travelling.

www.OneStopView.com – Means less visits to houses that aren’t what you were hoping for.

Apparently I hear that the government could come out and rescue the situation the UK economy finds itself in, but I say how on earth will they do that, simply by digging themselves a deeper hole by increasing the supply of mortgage lending? Looking at the basic figures that effect the way the housing market prices become effected are all negative to include rising unemployment, high inflation, falling house prices, less borrowing oppurtunity, weakening sterling…..

If the government let things take their course, which is how the financial world turns, then a drop in house prices will be severe and why shouldn’t it be when the increase in prices over the past decade has been just as severe.

How long till we see the full extent of this property price crash, 2 years….. 8 years on some forums I have read, 5% drop in prices or upto 50%? Either way, it will be a good time to buy for the next few years as homes become more and more within peoples financial reach.

Finding a good estate agent to market your house can make all the differnce in how quicly you sell. A good question to ask is where they will advertise your property, online, newspapers etc. Also with comissions varying greatly between agents find out what you are getting extra for the higher comission you will have to pay. Independent estate agents can be a good option as they work for themselves they want the sale and the money it brings. Going with a well known chain of estate agents doesn’t always mean because you’ve got the well known name you will get a good service. Remember that some employers will be on a salary regardless of how many properties they sell and are only interested in reaching targets. So you could well end up showing your property round many times to people not really wanting your sort of property or not even in a position to buy. So it’s well worth weighing up does your estate agent really want to sell your property or is the company more interested in reaching certain targets.

The choice of flooring for your home is huge. Different options come in and out of fashion. For example years ago it was the norm to have carpet in the bathroom, however now it is one of the worst things you can have in your house along with carpet in the kitchen. The key words for flooring in todays world is it must be hardwearing and easy to clean. Stone floors are a natural look however they are very cold. Wooden floors are very stylish but are best kept downstairs. Carpet still remains a favourite for bedrooms and stairs because it is warm, soft, quieter and absorbs dirt. Lino is not as malleable as vinyl and is also more expensive and tiles remain popular for bathrooms. Laminate flooring should only be used in lower priced property. Who knows what the next trend will be.
