			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Firstly, welcome all new members to OneStopView.co.uk, you should all by now have your details under your relevant areas on the contact us page of the website. Can I remind those of you who are included on our database to take time to register yourself an advertiser account, it only takes a minute to do and is of course free to do. Once registered you can then upload actual property videos to the website. (If anyone has teething issues with video uploading then please do email us and our webmaster, Tony, will endevour to help you out. Tony has created a unique search system within the website so there maybe be software conflicts in the early days).</p>
<p>Another point for you to consider is <span id="more-101"></span>that we also have up and running the overseas property videos website, OneStopView.com, which already hosts over 2,000 property videos from over 500 agents from around the globe. You can also register for free on this website aswell as uploading your property videos for free.</p>
<p>At this present time we are looking at having the OneStopView.tv website built that will host all real estate themed videos other than actual property videos. The .tv version of OneStopView will host videos of estate agents themselves and their offices which is ideal for videographers who offer business marketing videos. It will also be offering a chance for viewers to actually view towns and regions that videographers have filmed to aid in marketing their own or their clientels (estate agencies) property portfolios. When I was out in both Spain and France I found it very beneficial to provide regional video tours to aid in both my marketing of property videos to estate agents aswell as the estate agents marketing of property videos to home owners. These regional videos were also ideal to be included in actual property videos to aid the viewer gain a better understanding of where the property was located.</p>
<p>Hopefully the videographers who requested marketing material for OneStopView.co.uk have found them useful, if more are required then please do email me. For anyone who has yet to request marketing literature then do feel free to request some!</p>

You need to check out the laws concerning purchasing property in the country of your choice, what you are used to in your home country can be very different in another. For example in England, you are never 100% sure the sale is complete until the actual day as the buyer can pull out. In France, when you sign to buy a property you have 7 days to change your mind then you are committed to the purchase. Always seek out expert advice, use a lawyer/solicitor fluent in yours and the country&#8217;s language you are purchasing in, alternatively pay for a translation to make sure you know exactly what you are buying. We&#8217;ve all heard the stories of people purchasing property in Spain that have been illegally built so make sure you you are properly represented and don&#8217;t get caught out. Finally don&#8217;t forget the added expenses involved in purchasing property, legal fees, stamp duty, taxes, surveys etc.</p>

Infact, when it comes to investing in property abroad to rent out, again, may I suggest France.<br />
Let me start buy looking in to the values of spending your well deserved holidays in France. Simply wine, dine and explore the rural delights. France has the most famous worldwide wine regions of the world including, Chablis, Beaujolais, Cote de Rhones&#8230; the list is endless. These wonderful regions includes chateaux, rivers, canals and even mountain regions. The heritage, modern day living, peaceful and vibrant villages and towns. Without question, whatever your taste, France offers something for you.<br />
Now, looking to purchase an investment property abroad? Did you know that France is the most visited country in the world? Yes, France entices visitors from all over the world and yet they are still saying that there are simply still not enough gites and holiday homes to cater for everyone. My region of Burgundy, I am told time and time again that there is an ongoing requirement for more quality and prestige homes to rent. Combine this with the present fall in house prices of French property you have an ideal opportunity to purchase an investment that will not only provide an annual income, but also offer a future investment. Just visit some of the websites out there that offer  French property between €200,000 &#8211; €500,000 and you will see some wonderful homes out there ideal for gites or chambre d&#8217;hotes.<br />
