If looking to buy a property at the moment, the best thing to remember is that there is absolutely no rush. Many people will think about waiting but if you really want to buy now, be aware that property prices are coming down every day. As time goes by more and more people will  become desperate to sell for one reason or another and will therefore accept much lower offers. There will be plenty of choice as there is an abundance of properties on the market with few buyers around so take your time and think about the price you want to pay for the property as by the end of the year they will have fallen even more. There may well be a bargain out there if you’re in the right place at the right time.
